Oil change and service was on time and quickly done. They replaced the cabin and engine air filters with my permission. (Although they forgot to reset the engine air filter in the display), but otherwise very satisfied with the service.

Bay guys friendly and efficient. Customer service / check out person, cold, borderline hostile. Irritated and bothered that she had to deal with me / cash me out. Didn't explain anything, or offer to do so (i.e., do you have any questions?). Distracted. Not a nice experience. Didn't remove old service sticker, and put a new one, actual sticker that requires a razorblade to remove, below it. Really? Need to get decent (circa 1980 vs. 1960) service stickers. I'll have to call back because I got a new battery and my dash continues to behave as if power has been disconnected. Not happy or at all pleased with this service encounter.

I wanted to address a concern regarding my recent service appointment. When I schedule an appointment, I expect my vehicle to be serviced on that day as planned. However, I received a call asking if I could leave my vehicle due to delays caused by a snowstorm several days prior. While I understand the need to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, I would expect those affected by the delays to be fit into the schedule accordingly—without disrupting previously scheduled appointments, such as mine at 7:00 AM. I recognize that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary, especially for customers who drop off their vehicles without an appointment. However, given that I had a confirmed appointment, I found it frustrating to receive that call. Adding to my concern, while waiting for my ride, I observed a customer in a Corvette who appeared to bypass the line and receive immediate service. Shortly after, a service advisor began the check-in process for his vehicle, and before I left, I noticed that work had already begun on his car. The advisor even came outside to discuss the progress with him.

Service was good. The only downside was that I had a container of mints in my console that disappeared between the time I left my keys with them and when my vehicle was returned to me. I would maybe understand how something like that could go missing if they did any sort of cleaning, like vacuuming while it was in, like some dealerships do. But that is not the case here. So not a huge loss, but a little concerning if something more valuable were left in sight.

Went to have batteries checked, (dealer replaced, they were bad) and had the oil changed. Technician forgot to install, which then was lost, a battery hold down bracket. I noticed it not installed after inspection when I got home. Also forgot to install oil change reminder sticker and forgot to reset oil life on truck. With all this, I checked myself if oil filter and oil drain plug was tight with all these problems. Also tech left his phone in engine compartment which he had to come and get at my house. Usually I have a great experience, but this time not so much. The service advisor was good however.

The service work performed was fine. The service adviser was helpful and communicated well. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it was still out in the lot and I had to ask the cashier to have someone pull it around for pickup. This seemed odd for me to have to ask for this. Also, I feel a servive advisor should do a final walk around/direct delivery to ensure the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was dropped off in. I was also surprised it was not washed. This is my first service visit at this dealership, and at Husker Chevrolet across town, where I typically had taken my vehicles for service previously, they wash the car prior to returning it to the customer, which is a huge bonus and makes the customer feel good, especially after the high prices of service these days. My appointment was at 9 am and my car was not ready until 4pm ish that same day, which seemed like a long time for fluid exchanges.

I asked that my rear taillight get checked and they say nothin is wrong with it. Maybe it’s the front. NO! It’s the rear that’s an issue, but they refuse to listen. Also they lost my key fob and I couldn’t take my truck home until I can get my spare. Very displeasing.

I like getting my service done at Duteau's. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue I have is I could see my truck was completed and sitting out front for 15-20 minutes before I was able to pay my bill. The guy's were busy and gave great customer service. This was an oil change and tire rotation. Shouldn't be much to figure out on the bill. They might need someone to just process the billing.

reluctant to submit this to submit. I have always been very satisfied however, this time I ask Service rep if he needed my copy of Service paper work he said was in computer...so when they were completed another tech came in with paper work and charge....I told him about agreement he said they should have checked computer he said he would handle came back said no charge. then when I got home to Ashland and was going to check mileage it showed low front left tire. Only have 9100 miles (which could still be low) but apparently didn't check tire pressure when they rotated tires.....I called service they apologized. Only place in Ashland is Casey and they charge for air. Fortunately My son had a compressor. He thinks possibly tire sensor is faulty.....tire has maintained proper tire pressure. I have been reluctant to express my dissatisfaction because Service has always been very satisfactory however , was very disappointed this time. Thank You

I came in for an oil change and mentioned that a tire pressure sensor was not working. I expected to be told I'd need to make a separate appt for the sensor issue but all was taken care of in this single appointment. I had scheduled an appointment via phone for an oil change, recall of windshield wipers, and to check out a noise coming from the front end of our daughter's car. They asked for it to be there at 7 am, I took the day off of work since they only do oil changes on Saturday and was hoping to get this done and have her car back to her before the end of the school day. Around noon the advisor said they had a backlog from the previous day but would get to it after lunch, at around 4 they called and said they were just getting to her car and wanted to know if they could keep through Monday, I told them she needs her car for work over the weekend and school on Monday, I said the recall on the windshield wipers we could do down the road but wanted them to at least try to check out the noise coming from the front end and get oil changed. At 5 they called back and said they were only able to do the oil change. What a waste of a day off, now I have to make another appointment to get her car looked at, what is the point of scheduling an appointment, I could of just brought her car in on Saturday and got the oil changed vs leaving it there for 10 hours. Appreciate the updates throughout the day but Very Frustrating!

Had my 2024 Equinox serviced and a couple of other items that I considered under waranty. Since purchasing the car it would not regonize my key FOB as driver #2. The key FOB showed it has driver #3. After explaining this to the service tech he informed me that it was a $175 charge to re-program the key FOB's. After explaining the issue to Brian Clark my sales person that we purchased the car form they indicated that more than likely that one of the orgininal keys was lost and during transfer from one dealership to another they miss programmed the key. They took care of the issue at no charge. This is what I call customer service.

I scheduled an oil change for 11am. I showed up at 10:50am to let them know that I was here for my 11 AM oil change appointment. They asked me if I wanted a ride or if I was going to wait, and I said I was going to wait. I went and sat down and waited for a while, and noticed that my pick up was still sitting out in the parking lot at 11:15 AM. I told myself I would wait until 1145 and if it was not in the shop, I would go say something. Well, at 11:45, my pick up was still sitting in the parking lot and had not moved. I went and asked where Jereme was, because he’s the one who checked me in and was helping me, and he was gone to lunch. I was told that things were very backed up and that should have been communicated to me. I said yes, that would have been nice. After that, it still took another 90 minutes and was not done until 1 pm. Very disappointing that I scheduled an oil change and things went this way.

When i purchased the vehicle I negotiated 4 free oil changes. But each time I visited there seemed to be a perceived disgust when using one of the free oil changes. But i won't return as the dealer has gotten to expensive $100 per oil change, with a coupon. Other businesses are charging $70 or less.

Was not satisfied with the service. Wanted the horn to quit honking when I shut the door when it would lock and this was not done. The noise that it makes when I unlock the door is still there. And this sound is loud. True it's not there all of the time but its still there. Guess I'll have to make a recording on my phone and bring it in. Also asked the person who brought my truck out after it was finished about some questions I had regarding my screen and how to get to a few functions to make adjustments to things like the lights. He couldn't answer most of them. The manual that comes with the truck is a big joke. No illustrations what so ever on making adjustments on the screen. Seems like the manual dwells on safety seats for kids and how to install them. Last two trucks were Chevy's but really thinking on going back to Dodge or Fords for my next truck.

Scheduled my warranty work for Wednesday. Didnt even start it Wednesday. Finally got it done service manager says he will send a driver to pick me right up at 3:09PM. About 4 I call him and tell him I will figure out my own ride since I am on a tight schedule. 4:50 I arrive at dealership as the original driver calls me to tell me hes on my driveway. Wasted several hours of my time which I did not have to spare. Had to have my wife get off early to give me a ride. Less than impressed.

This was my 3rd trip into Duteau in 6-8 weeks for TPMS dying - at the 2nd trip, we asked for all sensors to be looked at and replaced if at end of life to avoid another visit. This did not happen so I had to return again yesterday. I explained this to Zach at the time I arrived and he assured me they would check it all over for me to avoid another trip. Later he also told me he would not charge me for labor due to the inconvenience of all this, which I greatly appreciated. However, after paying for the repairs and comparing the invoice to my last invoice, I can see that the price of the part was changed from $71 to $106. While I was not charged for labor, I paid more for the part than I had paid for the part + labor in the past. I emailed Zach to inquire about this and he has yet to respond or indicate he has received the email. At this point, I feel like Duteau is doing some incredibly shady parts mark ups and assuming customers will not notice. I have told my husband that we will not be continuing to work with Duteau for future service as I do not believe I am receiving transparent information about my vehicle. I also will hesitate before purchasing another Chevy because this is not the kind of relationship I want to have with the car dealership/service provider for our car. We have been loyal customers since purchasing our car 5 years ago and are currently exploring purchasing a new car, but I am very uninterested in working with Duteau due to this experience and lack of response. $60 but the "ick" factor makes all the difference in who I want to work with.

Overall service was good. I do question one item on the Multi-Point inspection however. On service performed on 4-8- 25 the thickness of rear brake pads was noted to be 8mm on drivers side and 8mm on passenger side. On 9-25-25 pad thickness on drivers side was noted to be 9mm and 10mm on passenger side. Does make me wonder if complete inspection is really being done. Have noted same discrepancy on a service in the past.

I took my car in Friday for new tires, pressure sensors, and an oil change. They had my car for almost 10 hours and was unable to get things finished. This job should’ve taken no more than 3ish hours. I brought it back Tuesday to finish the alignment and was told they were going to get it in as soon as possible due to not getting it done Friday and kept it for another 5ish hours. This is the only vehicle I have and these were my only days off so I was unable to get the other things done I needed to get done those days.

Erica???? Did a great job. However I get home and they did not reset my tire pressure system back and when I called he said well you have to come back. I only come there because I bought oil changes when I bought my car. I live on the complete opposite of town and I am never in your area. He said I could try Husker Auto but they would probably charge you. I got it completed closer to my home, I will be glad when my last oil change is completed there. At least this time I didn’t wait over 2 hours with no communication.

I think it took too long to get my car inside for the oil change. It was around an hour, or so, after my arrival that my vehicle was actually worked on. Additionally, I noticed as I was leaving the dealership the psi in the rear tires was wrong. My vehicle calls for 35 psi in the front, and 32 psi in the rear. If I recall correctly, only one tire had 35 psi and the other three was at 34 psi. I can understand being 34 when it's supposed to be 35, but both rear tires either showed 34 or 35. Neither one of the rear tires showed the correct psi of 32. Is it that critical that the two rear tires be at 32 psi instead of 35? I don't know but I would assume Chevrolet thinks so; otherwise they would show 35 psi for all tires. Thus the reason for 4 Stars, and not the usual 5 Stars I give you.

Ordered the part on October 7. Waited until November 17th and I had to call them and ask if the part had come in. They said yes and I could bring it by anytime to fix it. Brought it on Wednesday and they said come back the next day because they were “too busy”. Brought it back on Thursday and they got it fixed. But they completely forgot to put my slash guard on which was the main part that was broken. Very upsetting

I pulled in the bat-they told me to go sit in the lobby-next thing I know my car was out in the parking lot-1/2 hour later it was still in the parking lot-I asked service why I was told we will get to it-10 minute's later they went out to get it-drove it into the bay and there it sat-didn’t raise it up till after the technician had a candy bar-they put it up in the air and the technicians vistred! I never saw them rotate the tires but the sheet I was given said they did! I think the technicians could be more time sensitive as everyone in that waiting room has somewhere to be!

I asked specifically if they would top off the washer fluid, then the tech hand wrote a note on the ticket to ensure that it was done, but after I picked up my car and drove away, they had failed to fill the washer fluid. It was completely out. The windshield was dirty and hard to see out of, which is why I specifically asked if they could top off the fluids. Just frustrating as its the easiest & simplest request.

Further complications ensued and I had to be more vocal and proactive (escalating to a manager) just to get a solution that, while still bad, felt like your dealership was actually meeting me in the middle on things. The people changing the oil in our truck told my wife that the fuel filter was at 5% and I looked at it the day before the service and it was at 36%, she was duped into an over priced fuel filter plus labor. We will never do business with Duteau again, we plan on buying another new vehicle after the first of the year and we will take our business elsewhere, your service department is lacking!!

Took vehicle in for a recall. The fix was a new oil filler cap different viscosity oil and new oil filter. Also was to be provided an insert for the owners manual. After picking up vehicle I noticed there was no new window sticker indicating the next oil change and no insert indicating the new requirement. I live out of town so I had to go back to the dealership for the items not provided when the work was completed.

Oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection took only 20 minutes. That does not seem long enough to do a thorough job. All of my tires tested 31 psi. That is low, but no additional air was added. So now I'm not sure if they really checked anything.

I scheduled an oil change and let them know I had a tire sensor that was going bad. When I was called and told what they found out about the tire sensor, they let me know that I would need to schedule another appointment to get the sensors fixed as they didn’t have any in stock. When I scheduled the appointment a week earlier, I feel like they should have ordered at least a couple new sensors, so I wouldn’t have to make yet, another appointment. That is not what I consider to be efficient customer service.

Experience was very positive and the work on my vehicle was completed sooner than anticipated. One suggestion for improvement, is to offer loaner vehicles, in lieu of the courteous shuttle. A loaner fleet seems to be an industry standard and your competitors are offering this Customer benefit, which could be an effect on return customers.
